My iPad screen cracked by itself
I’ve got a strange problem. There is a perfectly straight 1.4cm crack in the middle of my iPad Pro 12'9 screen.
It is visible practically only on bright colors of the screen (on dark ones as well, but you have to look closely).
The situation is strange because I noticed this crack one evening when I was working on a tablet as usual.
I don't think it's my fault because I take care of my iPad, it has a well-built case from the beginning that also protects the screen, nothing has ever happened to it, and the tablet itself is only 7 months old.
The matter is so strange that I am a visual person and I do not miss such things (and this crack annoys me a lot now), and the tablet has been in exactly the same place for a week and I just noticed it.
I thought maybe it actually slipped my mind all week and I accidentally slapped him while on vacation and it was in my backpack, but there's no other indication that it’s been hit with anything.
In general, this line is so perfect that if it were extended, it would be perpendicular to the longer edge of the tablet, so I'm starting to be a bit afraid.
I would also not be surprised if it was the fault of a badly glued screen, because from the first moment of use it seemed to me that the screen in one corner was too much raised.
What do you think about it?
Can I get my tablet repaired/replaced under warranty?
If I have to learn to live with it, can I rest assured that it won't get worse?
Thanks for the replies.
