No force restart or closing of apps

My iphone XS is not force restarting. I also can’t exit my messages app, play music, charge my phone and my battery is frozen. I have looked up multiple things, all tell me to force restart, but it won’t. It get the vibration when force restart, but nothing on the screen.

Iphone 16 pro is junk. Freezes constantly. Then won't let me restart it half the time. Are they going to fix this? What a joke. My phone constantly freezes when trying to open apps including settings. Then it won't let me know shut down most of the time. It will then show the loading ring and shut down on its own or just force quit the app but then you go to open the app again and same thing. I need this phone for work and I can't use it for anything except texting. Does anybody have a fix?

My phone is being unresponsive My phone Won’t restart and when I try to delete apps from my home screen it won’t leave. And when it try to click apps on my siri suggestions it won’t open the app? It can’t even click the links under Siri Suggestion, I also Can’t click on notifications.. and when I take screenshot it won’t shop up in the corner. I don’t know why my phone suddenly do this ?

AFAIK, there is no vibration on a forced restart.

Temporarily remove any protective case, as the first two button-presses must be very quick and a case can slow those down, and the third button press is pressed and held for ten or fifteen seconds—not releasing until after you see the Apple logo. Not releasing for the power-down sliders or anything else shown, wait for the Apple logo before releasing.
