Drop in internet connection with dual SIM

I have recently started using dual SIM (e and physical) in my iPhone 12 Pro and have noticed the 4G and 5G connections drop out for maps etc., when this did not happen with just the physical SIM. It’s really bad and is happening more frequently. What can I do to help this? Do I need to revert back to just one SIM?

Lebara sim in mi fi device problem I have a 100GB sim in a huwei Vodafone mi fi device. This connects ok to my iPad wi fi great but cannot get internet access. I have looked online and shows me to change APN settings on iPad. I tried to follow instructions as follows: How To Configure Your APN Settings (Apple iOS) Select Settings > Cellular or Mobile Network. Select Cellular Data Network or Mobile Data then Mobile Data Options. Set your APN settings to: APN: truphone.com. Username & Password : *Leave Blank* You're done! Click the Home Button and all changes will be saved. However I don’t get either the cellular or mobile network options in settings on my iPad. It is an older type iPad - could this be the problem and if so is there an alternative approach short of buying newer iPad?

You may wish to choose which SIM to use for Cellular Data.
