Constant items running in background notification

Hi everyone,

I have a 2021 16" M1 Max MacBook Pro, and recently I've started getting constant notifications saying "Software from X added items that can run in the background, you can manage this from Login Items Settings"

I have looked at login items and turned off most of them but the notifications are still popping up all the time, it's also now causing Finder to crash more often and apps have started to become unresponsive.

Any idea what I can do?
