CarPlay on iPhone 14 pro max

My iPhone 14 pro max (iOS 16.3.1) freezes while on wired CarPlay (mbux). CarPlay itself works fine, music is playing, navi working. But every time I unlock my iPhone it freezes, even buttons not working. iPhone unfreezes after couple minutes but only for 10-15 seconds and then freezes again.

iPhone 12 Pro Max works fine with same car, same iOS.

Tried hard reset my iPhone, turned my car off and on, still having the issue.

If this is only happening while connected to your care and using CarPlay, we recommend testing to see if there is any improvement when using a different Apple cable.
