HomePod intercom not working

I have followed all of the posts on setting up intercom with my HomePods. They respond with “no other devices available right now”

I have two mini’s and one of larger models, they are all at 16.3.2.

HomePod connection issues with OS 16.6 I updated 2 x OG HomePods and 2 x HomePod minis to 16.6 recently. None would reconnect to WiFi after the update and the only way I could re-enable them was to remove each from the Home app, reset the HomePods and set up again as new devices. However after a little less than 24 hours they all dropped out again. Repeated the removal, reset, re-add and a further 24 hours later they all dropped out again. I used to see them re-authenticating on my WiFi on an hourly basis before 16.6 - now only show up when I re-add them. No changes to my home network during this period and no other devices are having connection issues. Anybody else seeing anything similar? Has something changed in the network requirements with OS 16.6?

Set up homepod mini in office I am trying to use a HomePod mini in my office. I followed Apple's directions to set it up at home first. At the office I get the prompt to switch to a different network. It shows the two networks, my home network and the office network my phone is connected to. I click to do that but it does not work. Nothing happens. What are my other options? I have the MAC address.

Hello Bellime,

Making sure your HomePod speakers were all up to date was a great isolation step.

Since that still persists, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support: Contact - Official Apple Support They'll be in the best position to look into this further.
