Why is the CREATE A NEW CONTACT removed from the MAPS APP?

I used to look up a contact name in Maps, I would then click on the MORE BUTTON that has three dots, it would give you a drop down menu and the first choice was CREATE A NEW CONTACT, but now it says MENU, Add to Guides, Add Photos, Add to Favorites, Report an Issue.

Why would they take this very useful feature away?

I have sent Apple many messages with no reply. I even asked the Apple Store, but they have no idea why this has happened. This happened after one of iPhone's famous updates.

So annoying.

If you know how I can still add a place as a new contact using maps, please post it.
