Has anyone recently had an issue with the radar not loading until zoomed out?

The 1- hour precipitation doesn’t seem to have worked for a while and now the weather widget doesn’t load

Weather app down since 16.3 downloaded. Anyone w/ no weather in the radar window? Since the last update all I see is diagonal lines on the map. Reinstall no help. P loc is on and has been toggled.

Weather radar in motion doesn’t work? Since Apple axed Dark Sky, I’ve been giving the native Weather app the old college try. My main complaint is that when you view current conditions for a location, the static image of radar for precipitation data seems correct, but if you tap on it to get past and future data in motion, it shows nothing. Do others see this?
