iphone hacking question

Hi, so I have ocd and have been paranoid over this since october. This happened back in october where i got the “your iphone has been hacked pop up.” At the time i got anxious when i saw it and did what it told me which was installing some bluetooth app that claimed to be able to clean the viruses. The app was through the app store but when i opened it, it wanted to scan so i did which took a few seconds and then asked me to pay for a subscription to get rid of the viruses. That’s when I knew it was a scam. I deleted the app but have checked on it again after the incident and it does not appear to show the scan screen it showed last time through the pop up. I am worried that this installation has installed malaware or spyware listening to me or something. Am I all good? Btw i cleared safari cache and stuff like that

ok thank you. It was just weird because when i first installed it in october it showed the scan for virus screen but after deleting and installing it again on which i did back in october to investigate, it appeared to be a normal app for bluetooth devices. I guess maybe they prompted the screen to make it look like something it wasn’t for subscriptions to the app. Would you say that’s most likely the case?
