Where did "Learn" words in Pages go? HELP

Where did "Learn" words in Pages go? HELP?

I can "unlearn" a word but can't just press 'Learn word".

I'm trying to write names with accents which would be considered Farsi names but in English. I MOST of my writing for the book is English so simply adding a 5 words would allow me to write this with ease.

I can see that this feature is missing in both in Ventura and Monterey OS and in Text Edit as well as Pages.
