schooltime emergency calls

We bought our daughter a watch for her birthday. I've set up school time and despite being an emergency contact my call during schooltime goes straight to voicemail. How do I fix this? I am an emergency contact for my daughter and she is an emergency contact for me.

I found this answer elsewhere and it worked:

You need to have "Emergency Bypass" turned ON under each Contact you want to be able to call or text your child during SchoolTime. In the Watch App on your phone, go to Family Watches > child's watch > Contacts > Edit Child's Contacts - then click on whatever contact you want to be allowed to call or text your child, and click Edit. Under "Ringtone" and "Text Tone", toggle "Emergency Bypass" to ON. Tested and works perfectly, with SchoolTime turned on.
