I tried to delete the update so I can download it again. It will not delete.

my IPad will not hold battery power more than 10 minutes without being plugged in.

what can I do to correct the above problems?

I did as you said and force started my IPad. It didn’t help.

My IPad has the following:

  1. 42.4GB of 128 GB
  2. it says IPad OS Version 16.3.1 (it hasn’t updated to that or something went wrong and it is working correctly.) I get a message to updated to the latest browser and cannot do it.
  3. System files 8.15GB
  4. IPad 6th Generation
