Purchases by a Minor

My 6 year old made approximately $1000 in purchases on Roblox in the course of several hours within one day.

I immediately started the dispute process with Apple but, he was blowing through thousands of Robux before I could get his account closed down…

Apple refunded one of the 99.99 purchases out of 8 and denied the other 7….TWICE.

Is there a human being I can call to plead my case? I literally cannot afford bills because of this mistake and I don’t know what to do.

Please help, anyone.
