My new Iphone 14 pro max is just under 5 months old and suddenly yesterday, it starts flickering green lines on screen while using and after 2-3 hours, the entire screen turned green. This is really a serious issue seen in new pro and pro max models of iPhone, Apple must do something regarding this.
Not going to buy any apple products next time just because Apple sales after service is very bad it's only with you till product limited warranty.
I took it to an Apple service center. They said many phones are coming in with that problem. I had to pay over $100 to get it fixed since I depend on my phone for everything. Apple, will you reimburse the cost? This is supposedly due to software update.
Yes! The same thing happened to my phone this morning, Its only 14 months old and apple said I have to replace the screen for more than $400 which is ridiculous given the fact that there have been so many cases of green screens recently. I hope Apple do the right thing and look into this.
Happened to my IPhone 13 Promax this morning. Barely 13 months of use. Suddenly became green while using IMessage. Took it to the service center, they are charging me 22,000Php to replace the screen. This excluding the charge for diagnosis.
I just got the green screen on my 13 pro max. It was running well all the while. The iOS was only updated recently so it should be related to the software.
Found an online repair software Tuneskit that claims can repair the issue by plugging in the iPhone to the laptop. It requires a paid subscription so I did not pursue.
Ive also just checked 3rd party shops are offering repair of the green screen problem in 20mins.
It seem like the problem is affecting mostly iPhone 13 models after the iOS update.
I had faced similar issue of green screen after 19 months of purchase. When I asked the service centre they said it will be Rs 33530/- and also when I asked to return the old display they said the return of old one would cost extra 6000/-. I don’t understand the logic of charging extra when we are already paying for the new replacement screen. To return back the old one why they are charging extra? I have been an iPhone user for more than 10 years of various models but I am very unhappy with the quality of phones that are produced now as frequently there are problems coming for these new iPhones. Hope company looks into it or else many unhappy customers like me will just go for other models and long term it will be questionable for apple to sell and find loyal customers to buy their products. I lost trust and very unhappy with their service
Whats wrong with Iphone 13 Pro ? my phone is barely 1.5 years old and the screen turned green. As i can see lot of users all over the world have faced the similar issue , still apple has no concern over it . after spending over a lakh ruppees you want us to pay another 31000 because of your defect. how is this relevent . @apple i hope you see through this matter as soon as possible and refer back. Or else a case in consumer forums is all to do.

Same here, my mum's iphone 13 Pro Max got the same issue...turn to green screen suddenly, I had go to Apple shop or online support, they told me no way to fix it for free as it's already out of warrenty, I had told them I use iphone since iphone 3gs, it's ridiculous that users need to pay the repair fee due to the manufacturer defect.
I don't think Apple will hear us(I hope I'm wrong)...
Having same problem in iphone 13 pro. Reached out to customer service multiple times but they just suggested to go for display replacement and wait for any service program from Apple and its been a month for the same.
Since its software vs hardware compatibility issue Apple should take it at their end rather charging hefty amount from consumers.

Please I am having the same issue here my iPhone 13Pro is having green screen issue and this happened right before my eyes, I was watching videos when it became green and suddenly it became normal and I thought it was network problem but everything was fine and after few minutes it finally became green. My iOS is 17.0.2 I believe that`s the latest version. A friend of mine even recommended iSumsoft iOS Refixer and nothing changed and I`m sure it isn`t a hardware issue because no one would play with iPhone 13 Pro.
My 2nd iPhone 13 Pro Max got white screen now, 1st one got green screen, my 2nd iphone was replaced a new one last year as my phone broken completely, I had paid 600usd to replace a new one, only 1 year, it turned to white screen now

I updated to IOS 16.x previous month. Now the green screen appear first time. I turned off screen and turn on again, it disappeared. Then 2 mins later, it full green screen. Unluckily my iphone warranty expired. So, Are there anyone here got the replacement for free on this Apple fault? My iphone like new. It was on case since day1.
I have green screen issue in my iphone 13, I visited Apple service center in BKC, Bandra Mumbai, the Staff told me its hardware issue and you will have to pay 25,500/-, Why I pay this amount, this is not the my fault its apple software issue. I request you to give free services to all the iphone users or atleast give 50% or more discount for your brand value.

I'm writing to this report a green screen issue on my iPhone 13. The issue started after I updated to iOS 17.0.3 I've tried resetting my phone but problem not solved, but the issue persists. @Apple @AppleSupport @tim_cook please look into this. Please take action this issue
