I ordered and paid for a full year on 5th dec 2022 F1 (Formula 1 Pro TV) via Apple Pay directly. The payment have been drawn from my credit card account, but the subscription does not work. I have tried to contact F1TV but with no luck, they advice to contact apple, as subscription is trough apple. Can I withdraw the payment, or can this issue be resolved. i mean I have paid for something I don`t get.
Spoke with apple support, tey advised all in order from their end, I was a bit doubtfull on this so I checked what happen when i subscripe again.
I got notification previous subscription would be refunded.
I have now bought subscription again, and got a refund on previous one, all works fine now.

Same here, just purchased the monthly subscription just in case as I have seen many bad reviews on reddit and guess what, live coverage isn't working. I can't understand why the offer something that simply doesn't work. Scam?
Did you use a different card with Apple Pay when subscribing again?
No used same card.
