You can Airplay to as many as you like from Apple TV. (Hold down the tv button on the remote to select AirPlay) For true stereo sound you can only add one or one stereo pair as default audio to an Apple TV 4k. Set up home theater audio with HomePod or HomePod mini and Apple TV 4K
