All of a sudden, AirPort Utility Keeps Launching Itself. Running Ventura on a M1 iMac. How do I kill it?

Open AirPort Utility

Click on the AirPort Utility menu.....up at the very top of the screen where you see other menus like Edit, Help, etc

Click on Preferences

Uncheck all the boxes

Restart your Mac
