Apple Watch won’t track Basal Body temperature

It will track my wrist temperature but not my basal body temperature. Doesn’t even say the Apple Watch is a data source. I haven’t worn it for two cycles straight, and I’ve taken it off in my sleep for a couple days. I’m also on contraceptives so is that a factor that stops ovulation prediction permanently? And does that include the temp?

Not sure how it would check anything other than wrist temperature while it is on your wrist, but for best help with apple related medical questions reach out to Apple Support directly. You should be able to reach them here
