FaceTime using same Apple ID at 2 dif location
how do I FaceTime my Apple iPad at home while travel using my iPhone which have same Apple ID.

You can choose to use the Apple ID mail address on your iPad as receiving address for FaceTime and your phone number on your iPhone. Or create an additional Mail Address in the settings for your Apple ID and use this one.
You can find these options in Settings/FaceTime/You can be reached by FaceTime at/ -> enable phone number or mail address shown.
