How to turn off sound in Apple air tag?

I want to use it on my bike and if the sound is heard they will find the AirTag and I’ll never find my bike again.

It is not possible to disable the sound from an AirTag.

An AirTag would start beeping after some time without contact with the owner's iPhone. People who move with your AirTag will also receive a notification that an AirTag is accompanying them. These are Anti Stalking features.
