Why my videos in iCloud were deleted when I deleted the same one on photos app.How do I do not to be deleted from iCloud when I deleted photos/videos from photos app ?

That's how iCloud works. Anything you do on one device is reflected on all. When you delete something on iCloud, it deletes from all devices. If you do not want that to happen. disconnect iCloud Photos.
