New iPhone 14 plus
My new iPhone 14 plus rings only twice and then gets on silent mode. How do I change this?

When this happens, are you interacting with your phone at all? For example, pressing the side button, tapping the display, picking your iPhone up, etc. The reason we ask this is your iPhone has Attention Aware features that can change the volume of alerts, when they are enabled. The following article has a bit more information - Turn Attention Aware features on or off on your iPhone or iPad Pro
Attention Aware can be enabled and disabled in Settings > Face ID & Passcode.
