It’s probably because the printer does not support WPA3, which is the default security protocol on Wi-Fi 6 routers. You need to make sure 2.4 and 5 GHz bands are still enabled, and that security is set to WPA2/WPA3.

Thanks so much! I was afraid it was something like that. I’ll check whether the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands are enabled, presuming I can figure that out! (As well as the WPA2 and WPA 3 security.)Very helpful reply! Thank you!
