Training Peaks and Apple Watch

Why is my Apple Watch split data not transfer to Training Peaks? My mile splits will not transfer to TP. Apple sends the the data file as 1 segment. This is super frustrating since my coach needs to review my data and splits. I am using Apple Watch ultra running watch OS 9.3.1 and I have it paired with iPhone 14, running iOS 16.3.1. Photos from Fitness and TP attached. TP shows no data under lapsZ

If you're still stuck on this it could be worth checking out Watchletic that is built specifically to export the most accurate data to TrainingPeaks from an Apple Watch workout.

Bonus is that it also allows you to import your workouts from TrainingPeaks.

I sent a ticket to the developer and they suggested manually tracking splits as the data file coming from the Apple Watch does not contain split data.

This is odd since the split data is available in other third party apps like Strava, Zones, and Gentler Streak. It seems like this really is on Training Peaks to fix.

I'm also on TP using Apple Watch 7. I manually log my segments/laps by tapping twice on my watch screen while running.

Now my issue is when I'm doing my easy runs where I don't need to log my laps and splits, it logs my movement every 15 secs. This happened after I changed my Outdoor Run Open Goal settings.
