Text messages
Not receiving text messages from Samsung phones! Tried everything switching back and forth to airplane mode, restarting my phone, updates, etc.

Those messages to Non-Apple phones are SMS messages (Green Bubble). You stated that you cannot receive SMS messages from Samsung phones, however, can you confirm whether you can send SMS messages and the other person receives them from you? Chances are that if you cannot receive SMS messages then you probably cannot send them successfullly as well.
SMS messaging is a feature provided and managed by your carrier. I recommend that you contact your carrier and have them address this issue at their end.
