What to do when your devices email address is signed into another account

I am having trouble signing up for a new app ( Silver Service taxi ) & when I tried Netflix, neither would accept my email address , saying this email address is already signed up to another account

That means you have already created an account on that service using that email address. Use whatever password reset option they have if you can't remember your password.
