Airpods Max connectivity issues

I am having to reset my airpods max every day and sometimes when moving from my iphone to apple TV to get them to connect/work. sometimes they say connected but no sound and other times they dont even connect.

Is there a fix for this?

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We see you're not hearing sound or cannot connect to your Apple TV using your AirPods Max. So we can isolate, does this only happen on your Apple TV? We have a few steps that may resolve the issue as well.

Check for sources of wireless interference. - Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support
Test the issue on another device.
