Hi, I recently bought AirPods pro second generation and went to apple music to redeem the 6-month offer it required me to input my credit card into my apple id so I cancelled it and went to get my credit card. When I returned the promotion was gone and it doesn't appear again.
Any help would be appreciated

Is the product not eligible or are you not eligible? If you have used the free trial for Apple Music or ever had a subscription to it before, then you are not eligible.
this worked for me, at first the apple support told me I was ineligible about it then I sent them a screenshot of this reply. and they gave me a gift card for 6 months of apple music. thank youuu

Yes, I understand that it is not enforceable. What I am disappointed by is the seeming lack of consideration given for customer/brand loyalty. For example, I have had the experience of other companies being willing to make exceptions to stated policies for minor issues after taking into account customer history. In this case, Apple can easily see (from my store history, etc) that I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on various products over the years, and all I am asking is a few months free trial to a service that they want me to use.
Agree that Loyalty Perks would be a great idea. I think they are such a large company now that they just don't have to worry about rewarding loyalty. A long way from the days when Apple was the underdog and ran ads branding Microsoft as the heartless corporate behemoth!
I have the same issue, and recently got in touch with Apple Support and unfortunately all I received was the same answer repeated: Did standard checks, your product is not on the list for eligible promotions.
This makes zero sense as I purchased 2 months ago the Airpods 2nd Generation which is clearly indicated as all products with this model are eligible for this promotion in Apple's OWN website...
IT's ridiculous that even Apple support is not able to support on this. And even though I have asked several times why the product is not eligible, all I got as an answer was "Because your product is not on the list". What list??? And why not????

I bought the Pro Gen 2 and the promo just doesn’t appear.
It asks to have the phone with updated IOS. My phone is old (7) but it has the most updated possible.
The promo doesn’t appear for me. Very disappointed.

When it says New Customers, that means if you have used a free trial to Apple Music before, then you are not eligible. If you saw a different offer, then you will need to check its details.
