Where to give customer service feedback?

I can't find anywhere to give compliments or reviews etc about the people who have helped me in Apple's customer service :(. This most recent person was so great I want them to know. All I can find is feedback on specific products/apps. I haven't gotten an email with a survey or anything, and I don't think I will because it was the text support.
