App Store problem

When I tap on the “profile” icon in my App Store home page, it opens the tab thing that it’s supposed to open, but it won’t stop loading, all I can see is just the open tab with the word “loading” in the middle of it

I’ve tried exiting the app and going back in, I tried restarting my phone and I’ve looked for answers online but no one seems to have an answer

I don’t know if it’s a related issue, but I also can’t seem to download apps on App Store, like I’ll press the “get” button and it’ll start loading and never stop, it doesn’t even get as far as asking for my ID

Please help

Start here, check the network connection:

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
