Unsupported Esim

Hi

I got Esim.When i scan code i am receiving this error.Unsupported Esim.I talked to my carrier about this they are saying your sim is active nothing is wrong from here.I did all esim troubleshooting method.My phone is carrier unlocked and physical sim of same carrier is working fine.Problem is with esim.Can anyone help plzz..

The phone you purchased is not unlocked. It sounds like the phone is from the US. If it is “new” then it was probably purchased from a retail store, not directly from Apple. That means it can only be activated on a US carrier and will lock to the first carrier used.


You’re not going to be able to use that phone. Return it and get your money back.

Yes it's purchased from other country and yes i setup as a new device after resetting without using any backup.Problem is when i reset iphone they ask me to choose carrier after resetting it.There are list of many carriers but i cant find anyone belongs to my country this is happened when physical sim is not inserted in it but when i insert physical sim its shows only two carrier At&t and one more i don't know the name these both carrier not belong to my country..
