How to delete osascript?

Yesterday, I noticed that osascript has access to Finder in Privacy & Security > Automation.

After Googling for a while, I found that osascript is malware and that it's in usr/bin. It sits next to osacompile, osadecompile and osalang. I have tried deleting it by dragging it to the trash and by deleting it with bash. I've also done that in safe mode. Nothing happens. I've tried changing the permissions so I can read and write, but I get an error saying I don't have permission to do that.

I called Apple support. After several minutes, the representative said he needed to reboot his system. He confirmed my phone number and hung up. He never called back and didn't issue a ticket even though I was signed in and he had my contact information.

osascript isn't running in Activity Monitor, so my guess is that it's not doing anything bad, but does anybody know more about this and/or how to delete these files?

My OS is Ventura and it's up to date.

The osascript application is installed by Apple as part of the operating system and certainly is not malware. You cannot remove it as it resides on the read-only System volume in Ventura.

Osascript can be used to run AppleScript, or JavaScript for Automation (JXA) scripts either interactively in the Terminal, from shell scripts, or even other applications that the developer has chosen (e.g. Python, Ruby, Swift, Objective-C, etc.).
