Sound randomly stops working
My phone sound keeps randomly
stopping but when I tried doing what apple has previously said the sound works just fine except for in and kind of app

From your description, the sound on your device is working normally with the exception of a specific app. Presuming that was an installed app from the App Store, updating the software if possible and then contacting the app developer using How to contact an app developer would be the next steps to investigate an app-specific issue further.
