My 2022 Macbook Pro, with Ventura OSX cannot open .png files that are a staple of our business.

Do you have it set to the New Outlook? This could be a switch on your main page. Some users have had success by reverting back to classic Outlook either by switching this off or going to the Help menu and selecting "Revert to Legacy Outlook".
Can you drag this png file to your desktop and open it?
Need more context. We all work with png files constantly, so need to find out what is specifically happening in your case. Are there any errors when you try to open it?
It just spins when I try to open a .png file. Then I go to me employees computer to see and approve the images.
Select a png and go to File > Get Info.
What application do you have under "Open With:"
It had Preview to open with. But Preview still doesn’t open a png file.
Will it open if you change that from preview to another app like Safari?
I tried to use Chrome as the default opener for png files. But that didn’t work either. Is there another you could recommend?
I could drag the picture to my desktop and opened it. But the files I get are attached to an email sometimes 20 or more .png files. Those are unable to be opened.
Is it only double clicking the attachment from the email that won't open it?
Can you drag the attachment from the email to desktop and open it that way?
That will be too time intensive because I'll have hundreds to approve. The Preview All selection is best.

I understand, just trying to narrow the problem down. Are you using Mail or Outlook?
I am using Outlook. Thanks again for all your help. I wish there was a solution that would allow this to work seamlessly.
