Apple replaced my phone without telling me
I purchased my Apple 13 last year at T-mobile, along with the 360 Protection Plan. None months after having the phone it stopped working. Since it was under warranty I took it to the Apple store and was told it would be repaired. A week later they handed me back my phone and said it was fixed. Three months later it stops working again. However, the IMEI number is different from my original phone I purchased and I am not eligible for replacement. Apple handed me a different phone without notifying me and will not honor the two year protection plan....any advice
