I just brought iPad 4 off of wish.com and when I got I factory reset my iPad 4 After resetting it I tried to start it back up when it told me that I had to download the configuration from Little Rock school district network. When I do the restore it take it right back to it. I really hope there are some suggestions because otherwise the iPad is just a useless brick. I believe what it it's called is a DEP? This is what it’s saying’s
Perhaps the best bet, if not only one, would be to return the iPad4 to the school district
because their MDM (management for property) retains the ownership of their products.
