Ventura 13.2 no access to files and folders under System settings

Hello Guys, I need to give permission to my Media Server, but If I go to System Settings/ Privacy& security/ Files and Folder I get a black screen and cannot see any of my apps.

How can I fix this?

The Files and Folders section is for when an App asks you for permission to read or write to the Desktop, Documents, Downloads, or other folders. After the app asks you for permission, you can go here to change that setting.

It is possible you have not had any apps that have had to request file access and that is why your Files and Folders list is blank. I have Turbo Tax, Xcode, Ring, and Family Tree Maker, all of which asked permission when first launched.
