You can ask your mother respectfully if she will agree to remove the restrictions on your account. Parental restrictions will remain in force until you are 18 unless removed by the adult in charge.

Keep In mind if you are UNDER 13 you can not set it up by yourself, but you can set it up if you are 13 or older
