Airpods pro crackling Noise

Im hearing annoying noise from my AirPods and its worse for the people who are on call with me..they can’t hear me properly when I’m using my AirPods pro.. they says there’s a really annoying noise and can’t hear anything..and it getting worse. Before it happened only with the right airpod and now it happens on both…
