MACBOOK PRO FREEZE AND SHUT DOWN

My macbook pro 2020 keeps freezing and going dark afterward. It usually comes back up with an error message on the screen and then proceeds to boot. I erased all settings twice in the last few months,the latest being yesterday and it still froze and went dark this morning. I have attached a screenshot of the error messages I saw on my screen after the latest freeze.
