You’d need to have setup a Trusted Number - or else your Mom’s AppleID as a restoration contact - in advance. (i.e. while you still had access to your AppleID)

Note that you CAN place your device in “Lost Mode” w/ needing the 2FA code from https://icloud.apple.com/find
