From recollection, creation of User Tips becomes possible at Level 5.

Could you provide some details about what is contained in the map you have created, and for what language keyboard? (Apple produces quite a few different ones).
Hi Tom. The map is for English/ American keyboards and includes functions/shortcuts for Cntrl/Alt/Cmd keys and the symbols from each key with Alt/Shift Alt plus cursor key modifiers.
Dont seem able to access User Tips on Ipad. I can add a dropox link here.
