I am not getting text notifications. They are turned on in settings but all recent texts have a bell with a line through it. How do I change that for all texts?

It sounds like Hide Alert is enabled for your messages. You deactivate Hide Alerts by swiping from left to right on the conversation in the overview and tapping the purple bell.

If all your messages have Hide Alerts enabled, check if you have a Focus profile enabled that Mute your conversations. You can deactivate a Focus Profile in the Control Center, also check if you have a schedule activated that activates a Focus profile automatically

To disable or delete this schedule, go to:

Settings → Focus → Select Profile → find SET A SCHEDULE → Tap into the time → tap Delete Schedule or just deactivate.
