What do I do after I backup my phone and iPad if I feel like there is a threat to my devices or my internet

My iPhone has been rtc hacked and now I cant uninstall the brave browser ive been etc hacked and the person managed to keep me locked out of my Apple ID settings so now I can’t change anything, I have all my passwords save in Microsoft Authenticator and I can’t back them up to the iCloud or else they’ll steal em cuz whenever I change my password the can’t see my screen with the rtc hack [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Could my phone be hacked into? Today I somehow found an Apple Watch connected and I don’t own one
