iPhone won’t charge past 90%

I don’t know what to do. My iPhone has 100% battery health and one month ago I formatted it and restored a backup. Ever since, my iPhone hasn’t gotten once up to 100% on a charge. I tried updating it and nothing has changed. I’ve also tried draining its battery or turning off optimized battery charging but still nothing. Any help?
