unable to download attahments in emails

If you are unable to download attachments sent to you in an email, first try to update and restart your iPhone following these instructions: 

• Restart your iPhone.
• Update your iPhone or iPad.

If the issue continues, it could be network or storage related. To test this, try connecting to another Wi-Fi or cellular data connection if you can. You may also want to temporarily disable any network security software or VPN connections that you use.
