I can't send attachments of 19000 kb on my icloud email on windows.
To send large attachments via iCloud Mail on Windows, consider using iCloud Drive to upload the file and share a link in your email. If the file is too large, try compressing it into a ZIP archive to reduce its size. Alternatively, splitting the file into smaller parts and sending them in separate emails can also be a solution.
This file is not that big. All at once it wont send attachments that are larger than 2 pages. This is a new problem.
