Finder not responding after update to Ventura

I just updated from Monterey to Ventura 13.3. The Finder doesn't work, there is a spinning wheel possibly relating to opening windows (although I see the normal windows) and Activity Monitor says Finder is not responding. Force quit does not fix it. Rebooting does not fix it. Finder refuses to launch.

Also happening to me 3-4X/day since June 7, when I updated to 13.4 Sometimes happens when I have to force quit an other app (like Time Machine quirking out, inexplicably, or anything involving Adobe CC), which snowballs to Finder not responding and needing a FQ. Finder evaporates from the desktop and is non-functioning on the Dock.

I'm seeing several suggestions involving Terminal and/or manually deleting system files/user preferences. This kind of instability crap pretty much went away after the 90s.

I have been experiencing the same issues that everybody is commenting since Ventura upgrade, but for me there is a particular problem that I'm not able to open any finder windows for some periods of time, and just after a while I able to use finder again, no matter how many times I relaunch or kill the finder service, still not able to open trash for example, because when I click nothing happens and to get into finder I have to use Show All option, not able to to get the finder windows just clicking the finder access in the dock, and is the same issue in all the other profiles and even new profiles as well.

I updated from Monterey to Ventura. Update went fine no issues and Finder is completely stuck in beach ball mode. I forced quit 50 times, did restart 10 times. I reloaded Ventura 3 times. I can't select anything in settings as they don't function. Other noteworthy, none of my desktop files showed up on the desktop after update and I can't save to the desktop, screen shots don't show up on the desktop, goes to desktop file. I have tried every suggestion and will be going back to Monterey as reading the comments I am not alone.
