Allowing third party apps access to external drives in Ventura

SOLUTION:

After a clean install I ran into this agonizing problem, but found the solution.

If, during the configuration of PMS, your video map on an external drive doesn't show its content during the configuration of PMS. It is not granted access to your Removable Volumes in macOS and not able to see/create it's library.

Make sure Plex Media Server has acces to Removable Volumes. Go To 🍏>System Settings>Privacy and Security> Files and Folders>Removable Volumes and give PMS access to Removable Volumes.
