Ventura update 13.3 hides the print button, (again) in Safari, pages, preview....
It's back again with the latest update. Can we get an update to fix this problem?

A few things:
1) Usually what happens is that the button gets hidden by the Dock. Setting the Dock to one side and/or auto-hiding the Dock should be enough to overcome this. Or are you saying that the button is completely off the screen and not merely behind the Dock?
2) You can active the Print button by pressing Enter, and the Cancel button by pressing Escape.

I can access the print button by moving the dock. But I do not like having the dock on the side of my screen so after I print, I move it back where I prefer to have it.
And yes, I can cancel by pressing Escape, and I can hit Enter without seeing the button, but the issue is that it was not like this before Ventura. There is a weird glitch that they fixed in one of the smaller Ventura updates, but then with Ventura 13.4 it's back again. So it's not like it's bricked our laptops, but it did add steps to something rather than keeping the same efficiencies.
In Preview at least, you can add the print button from View > Customize Toolbar…
edit: Same with Safari.
It's still an issue for me, too. Submit feedback directly to Apple--the more reports they receive, the more likely it will get resolved. I posted the link in an earlier thread, but got flagged for "promoting" so I guess just go directly to the Apple Support page and follow the prompts to report it to them. My work-around right now is to move the dock to the side, then I can get to the print button, print document, then put dock back on bottom, but it's a pain and not really the right answer, just a work-around until Apple fixes the bug.
I had the same problem and found that changing my screen resolution to default solved the issue.
Hiding the dock doesn't help. Print button is off the screen and the print screen is not moveable, all same as previously.
Interestingly, after printing the window for Safari or Preview or whatever, the window bumps down 1/2" on the screen.
I rolled back the 13.3 update and have no problems now.

FWIW, you can temporarily hide the Dock by pressing command option D. Repeat to show it again.
Do you have your display with the largest text option?
Would you consider autohiding the Dock while keeping it at the bottom?
I wonder if this problem is specific to the 13" models. I tried on my 16" to set the largest text with the Dock at the bottom, and the Print buttons came up perfectly above the Dock.
Why on such a small screen users insist of wasting a significant portion of it by showing the Dock at all times is something to makes no sense to me... it can be summoned at any time.
Feel free to let Apple know if it bothers you…
Are you opposed to just using the ⌘+P shortcut to open the print panel in the given application? Sure cuts down on the workload you have described. I simply do not add a print button to any toolbar that does not automatically configure it as so. My keyboard is closer than the mouse reach to a toolbar print icon. 😎
As for the print panel, it has never been movable in prior releases of macOS as far back as High Sierra, and perhaps earlier. I don't see Apple addressing this now.
I tried 13.4 to see if fixed, it was not. Funny, when I use MS Word the print menu works fine. Resizing or anything you adjust in the print window does not bring the print button into view. The window simply goes off the bottom of the screen.
I think you might be right about the 13" screen being the reason it's an issue, but I wonder what other users have experienced, too.
I did shrink the dock and increase if needed, which helps some, but the button is still too far down to get to it unless the dock is completely moved. I use several applications at once, so auto hiding isn't how I usually like to work, but I appreciate your suggestion as an additional work-around.
Honestly, as more time goes by, printing is less necessary (most documents are shared electronically) so maybe it won't matter in future upgrades. But it's just a weird glitch that went away for awhile then returned w/ Ventura 13.4 so I assumed they were working on fixing it.
The issue with the print dialog panel being too large and hidden did not begin until Ventura, so it seems that Apple should fix the issue. It doesn't matter if I use ⌘+P or click the print button. Same problem occurs. It did go away briefly in one of their mini-updates, but I don't remember which one. I wish I could remember then maybe it would help Apple figure out which detail to fix in their program.
I have the same issue. This needs to be corrected for people that need larger print. Not far we have to suffer and make changes to our screen for what is clearly a programming error on Apple's part.
